BBC triple award winner Tony Kofi joins Chris Biscoe in a celebration of the music of reeds virtuoso Eric Dolphy. The band features music written by Eric Dolphy and tunes from Oliver Nelson, Fats Waller, Monk and Mingus which he recorded. The quartet’s first record, Gone in the Air, was released in June 2008.
